we lost heat over night it the temp dropped fast I called other places to see if someone could come out n get the furnace up and running today. everyone gave me the run around. told me Thursday or sometime next week. Aaron came over and fixed my new Nest thermostat that's hooked to my very old steam boiler that I absolutely adore. He has been the only company out of three that not only said that I could hook up the Nest, but did it. In addition, each company I've ever had here has recommended completely replacing my furnace, Aaron is completely supportive of repairing my old system when it needs it. ...that may be because hes the only company who can!
